Getting Started With Persana AI
Welcome to the Persana Platform.
You can sign up for the platform by clicking this link.
Once you sign up, you see the dashboard where you can ask, write, or search for anything to find your best leads.

If you want to create a new blank table, you can choose “New Blank Table” from the top right.
But I will go through by choosing “Persana Starter List” to show you what the Persana platform can do for you.
As you can see, I have the names of people and their linkedin profiles and company websites.
Click on "Enrich Data" in the top right corner.
Let's say you want to find the work emails of the leads in your list.
Click on "Find Work Email".
You can either use your leads' LinkedIn URL or their full name and company name.
For more accurate results, you can also use name and company name to find work email.
Click on “Increase match rate”.
Select the “LinkedIn URL, Full Name, and Company Website” of your leads.
Click on “save and run for all”.
Here are the results.
Now you have your lead’s work email and email status.
Let's say you want to learn about the technology these leads use on their websites.
Click on "Enrich Data" in the top right corner.
Click on "Company Technologies".
Select the “Company Website” of your leads.
Click on “save and run for all”.
This is where the magic happens.
In the right column, you can see how many technologies they use.
So if you want to know what technology they are, just go and click on them.
You see, it's that simple.
Let’s say you want to learn if this company is B2B or B2C.
This is where Persana Agent comes into play.
You can use it to find any information about the company.
Click on "Enrich Data" in the top right corner.
Click on "Persana Company AI Agent".
You can ask it any question you want.
For example, use AI Agent to learn:
- How many employees the company has.
- Who some of the company's customers are.
- Who the company's competitors are.
- What the company's revenue is.
- If this company is SaaS or not.
- If this company is B2B or B2C.
- What the latest product launch is.
The rest is up to your creativity to ask some questions.
Let’s go back to learn if this company is B2B or B2C.
Select the “Company Website” of your leads.
Click on “Use Preset”.
Click on “Use this preset”.
The prompt you choose is automatically copied to the question section.
Click on “save and run for all”.
In the right column, you can see if this company is B2B or B2C.
There's no end to this.

Let’s say you want to find companies hiring.
Click on “Find Companies Hiring”.
Click on “Track Active Jobs”.
For example, you want to find companies that have open positions for a sales manager in the United States.
Fill in the drop-down box as follows.
Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Location: United States
As you can see, there are 80 actively hiring companies.
Now you can track and contact them.
