Persana AI Migration Guide
As announced in our blog post - here, we're joining forces with Rox and the entire team at Persana will be joining Rox. This guide covers everything you need to know about the platform transition — how to export your data, how to get started on Rox, and answers to common questions.
We're deeply grateful for your trust in Persana AI. Our goal is to make this transition as smooth as possible.
Timeline
April 1, 2026 — Announcement published. All billing suspended immediately. No further charges will be applied to any account.
April 1 – May 1, 2026 — 30-day access period. Full platform access to export your data and transition your workflows.
May 2, 2026 — Persana platform sunset. All remaining data permanently deleted. This action is irreversible.
Billing
All active subscriptions have been canceled effective immediately. You will not be charged going forward. If you believe you were charged after April 1, please contact us at contact@persana.ai and we will resolve it promptly.
How to Export Your Data from Persana
You have until May 1, 2026 to download any data you wish to retain. Here's how:
Log in to your Persana AI account.
Navigate to your tables. You'll see all your lead lists, enrichment tables, and saved workflows on your dashboard.
Download each table by clicking the export/download icon next to the table you want to save. You can export your data as CSV files.
Save your files locally and to cloud storage as a backup. We recommend downloading everything you might need — contacts, enrichment data, workflow results, and any reports.
Verify your exports by opening the downloaded files to confirm all data is intact.
Important: After May 1, 2026, all data on the Persana platform will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Please make sure to export everything you need before then.
Getting Started on Rox
Many of the core capabilities you used in Persana — signal-driven prospecting, data enrichment, and automated outreach — are now available on Rox.
To get started:
Export your tables from Persana as CSV files. Login to your dashboard for your download link: https://www.platform.persana.ai/
Sign up for Rox at http://rox.com.
Import your CSVs into Rox People lists.
Enrich and activate your contacts using Rox's prospecting and enrichment tools.

Launch Promotion
The Rox team is generously offering 2x actions on self-serve plans for Persana customers to celebrate the launch of Prospecting. That means double the enrichments, lookups, and more as you get started. A huge thank you to the Rox team for making this transition easier. Sign up and the promotion will be applied automatically.
Enterprise Customers
If you are interested in Rox Enterprise, please reach out to support@rox.com and we'll connect you with the Rox team to explore how your workflows can continue on the platform.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will I lose my data? Not if you export it before May 1, 2026. After that date, all data on the Persana platform will be permanently deleted. We strongly recommend downloading everything you need as soon as possible.
Will I be charged for anything? No. All billing has been suspended effective immediately. If you notice any unexpected charges, contact us at contact@persana.ai.
Do I have to switch to Rox? No. You are under no obligation to sign up for Rox. You are free to export your data and use it with any platform you choose. That said, many of the features you used in Persana are now available on Rox, and the Rox team is offering 2x actions on self-serve plans to make the transition easy.
How do I get my data into Rox? Export your Persana tables as CSV files, then import them into Rox People lists. See the step-by-step instructions above.
